Homeless Programs – Lisa Liles, Guest speaker, District Council meeting Sept. 19, 2021

Zoom video on the homeless.  Presented by Lisa Liles who works as a mental health clinician for  HomeFirst Services of Santa Clara County at one of their Bridge Housing Communities (BHC). Her location houses roughly 80 chronically homeless single adults. She will explain who gets to be housed there, services offered, challenges, and success rate of residents moving into permanent housing.
