Jim Noe, one of St. Vincent de Paul’s longtime volunteers, was honored last Thursday, November 3, 2016 with the Lifetime Achievement Award at EBLC’s (East Bay Leadership Council) 6th Annual Philanthropy Awards! The event featured a light breakfast to over 200 attendees while celebrating the good work each honoree has done for our community. Congratulations to all of the honorees (pictured below)!
